Shopping is several miles from most places in Long Canyon. At Hwy 620 and RR 2222 is a very large HEB Grocery. Smaller stores and restaurants are scattered throughout the area. Both The Domain and The Arboretum shopping areas are to the north and can be accessed by going east on 2222, then turning north on HWY 360.
Long Canyon Schools
Long Canyon has homes located in two different school districts. Elementary school students attend River Place Elementary school, middle school students attend Canyon Ridge Middle School and high school students attend Cedar Park High if they are in the Leander ISD. If they are in the Austin ISD then Highland Park Elementary, Hill Country Middle and McCallum High are their schools.
